Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need any prior knowledge of investing to join?
Not at all. The first course, Navigating Fund Types and Structures, is specifically designed for people who are curious but feel uncertain about where to start. The pace is gentle and questions are welcomed throughout.
Are the courses conducted in English?
Yes, all course materials and sessions are delivered in English. Supporting worksheets are available in both English and Thai for reference.
Are the sessions held in person or online?
Sessions can be attended in person at our Bangkok office on Ratchadaphisek Road, or joined online via a secure video link. The choice is yours and you can switch between formats if your schedule changes.
How long does each course take?
The foundation course spans around four weeks with two live sessions. The intermediate course runs over six weeks with three coaching calls. The advanced course takes eight to ten weeks, with five sessions and two follow-up review calls.
Can I take the courses one at a time?
Yes, absolutely. Each course stands on its own and you are welcome to enrol in just one if that suits your current interest and situation. Many participants start with the foundation course and decide later whether to continue.
Will I receive specific fund recommendations?
Our courses focus on building your ability to evaluate and compare funds yourself. We provide frameworks, tools, and examples rather than personalised financial advice. This helps you make well-informed decisions that suit your own circumstances.
What is the refund or cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel before the first session begins, we offer a full refund. Cancellations made after the first session are reviewed individually. Please contact us directly and we will do our best to find a workable solution.
